These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") delineate the conditions for participating in the Eka Coins loyalty program provided by Eka Care. Users engaging in the Eka Coins program agree to comply with these Terms. Eka Care reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Eka Coins program at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
1. Earning Eka Coins:
- Users accumulate Eka Coins by actively participating in various health activities on the Eka Care platform. These activities may include, but are not limited to, Heart Rate Measurement, ABHA Creation, Gmail Sync, and other health-related actions specified by Eka Care.
- The criteria for earning Eka Coins are subject to periodic updates, and Eka Care retains the right to modify these criteria without prior notice.
2. Redemption of Eka Coins:
- Eka Coins can be redeemed on the Eka Care platform for a variety of purposes, including:some text
- Purchase of an Eka Pass.
- Booking of lab tests.
- Acquisition of medicines.
- Availing partner brand discounts.
- Redeeming Amazon and Flipkart gift vouchers.some text
- Users can use Eka Coins to obtain Amazon and Flipkart gift vouchers.

- Eka Care disclaims any responsibility for issues or disputes arising from the use of Amazon and Flipkart gift vouchers.
3. Expiry of Eka Coins:
- Eka Coins are valid for a default period of 6 months from the date of acquisition.
- Any unused Eka Coins will expire after the stipulated 6-month period, and expired Eka Coins cannot be redeemed.
4. Discretion of Eka Care:
- Eka Care retains the sole discretion to modify the Eka Coins program, including but not limited to earning and redemption criteria, at any time without prior notification.
- The interpretation of these Terms, as well as matters relating to the issuance, redemption, and expiration of Eka Coins, falls under the sole discretion of Eka Care.
5. Fraudulent Activities:
- Engagement in any form of fraudulent activities, such as creating fake accounts or manipulating health activities, will result in immediate disqualification from the Eka Coins program.
- Eka Care reserves the right to take legal action against users involved in fraudulent activities.
6. Termination of Eka Coins Program:
- Eka Care may terminate the Eka Coins program at its sole discretion. Users will be notified in case of termination, and any unused Eka Coins will be forfeited.
7. Governing Law:
- These Terms and the Eka Coins program are governed by the laws of India.
